How do I sign up for Rogers Top-Up to Win?
Sign up via My Rogers online. Look for the Top-Up to Win button on the Overview tab;
Go to My Account on your Pay-As-You-GoTM device;
Dial *611 using your Pay As You Go device (select option 3 from the main menu then option 4).
What do I get if I sign up for Rogers Top-Up to Win?
Receive a 5% bonus credit for every top-up!
You will be sent a PRIZE CODE via SMS within 7 days that will give you a chance to win great rewards in the Top-Up to Win contest. Click here for full contest details.
A $5 anniversary bonus for simply keeping your Pay-As-You-GoTM account active for 12 consecutive months. If you go inactive at any time, the 12-month period will reset to the date of your next top-up.
Bonus credit expires at the same time as your existing prepaid balance
How soon after I top up will I receive the 5% credit added to my account?
If you top-up with Interac, it may take up to 5 business days to have the bonus credit applied to your account.
If you top-up with a credit card or a voucher, you will receive your bonus credit within the next hour.
When will I receive my rewards PRIZE CODE?
Registered Pay-As-You-GoTM customers to Rogers Top-Up to Win will receive their PRIZE CODE via SMS within 7 days of topping up, for every top-up of $10 or more.
What do I do once I have received my PRIZE CODE?
Go to rogers.com/topup2win and click PLAY TO WIN
Enter your Rogers Pay-As-You-GoTM phone number and your PRIZE CODE on the Top-Up to Win contest site.
From there, just follow the online instructions to reveal if you are an instant winner.
What do I do if my PRIZE CODE doesn't work?
Your PRIZE CODE will only work if you use it with the Rogers Pay-As-You-GoTM phone number it was sent to.
Your PRIZE CODE is valid for 90 days from the date you received it.

What do I do if I have lost my PRIZE CODE?
If you are a Pay-As-You-GoTM customer, click on the ‘FORGOT PRIZE CODE' link at the bottom of the contest site page and enter your Pay-As-You-Go phone number.
Any valid PRIZE CODE(s) that you have not already used will be sent via SMS to your Pay-As-You-Go device

What do I do if I don't receive my prize?
Most prizes must be redeemed online. A confirmation email with all details on how to claim your prize and timelines will be sent to you to the email address you provided when entering the contest. If you have not received your confirmation email with your prize details, please fill in your details on the Contact Us form and supply the details of your enquiry
If you won a wireless device, or the grand prize it will be sent to you with a registered delivery. If you have not received your prize within 30 days, please fill in your details on the Contact Us form and supply the details of your enquiry
